HNB Product Technology R&D and Compliance Adaptation Solution

Focusing on the pain points of the Heat-Not-Burn (HNB) track such as “high technical barriers and strict compliance requirements”, we provide an integrated solution from core technology breakthroughs to market access. In the technology R&D stage, we set up an interdisciplinary R&D team to overcome industry challenges such as low-temperature heating uniformity and cigarette adaptability: optimizing heating sheet material and structural design, adopting ceramic heating elements to achieve 360° surrounding heating, increasing cigarette combustion sufficiency to 95%, and making the taste close to traditional cigarettes; developing special cigarette formulas to balance harm reduction effects and smoking experience, reducing the release of harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metals through hundreds of experiments to meet medical-grade safety standards. In terms of compliance adaptation, we make customized adjustments according to regulatory requirements in different markets: completing more than 120 TPD standard tests in the EU market, optimizing nicotine content and multilingual packaging labels; assisting in PMTA applications in the US market, providing long-term toxicological research data support; separately applying for MHRA certification in the UK market to meet independent regulatory requirements after Brexit. In the pilot production and mass production stages, we build a GMP-compliant pilot production line to conduct small-batch trial production to verify technical stability and optimize production processes to reduce costs; at the same time, we provide patent layout services, applying for international patents around core innovations such as heating technology and cigarette formulas to build technical barriers, helping enterprises quickly seize market share in the HNB niche market and achieve monthly sales of over 100,000 sets within 6 months of launch.
