Overview of Production Capabilities

1.We possess a standardized medical aesthetic equipment production base, specializing in the integrated manufacturing of laser and other optoelectronic medical aesthetic equipment, encompassing R&D, production, assembly, testing, and quality control. We strictly adhere to medical device manufacturing standards throughout the entire process. From the arrival of core components to the shipment of finished products, we follow standardized operations and implement full-process independent control, possessing large-scale, batch production capabilities and ensuring the stability, safety, reliability and effectiveness of our equipment! 2.Production Site: Standardized and meticulous operation, Core motherboards, RF components, Optoelectronic light sources, and Chassis components are precisely assembled with each process undergoing rigorous quality control. The entire production line maintains strict control over precision and quality from component selection, circuit soldering, structural assembly to functional debugging, safety performance testing, radiation and power calibration, surface polishing and disinfection—each step is traceable and verified. Before leaving the factory, equipment undergoes long-term continuous operation aging tests to ensure stability, safety and a long service life.

Process Flow

1.Component Selection: Key components such as laser modules, laser power supplies, cooling systems, motherboards and handles undergo unified inspection and selection to control quality from the source. 2.Precision Assembly: Structural assembly, circuit connections, water circuit connections and optical path calibration are completed according to process specifications and standards with clear procedures and standardized processes. 3.Aging Test: The equipment is continuously powered on and operated at full load to simulate high-frequency usage scenarios, ensuring long-term stability and reliability. 4.Performance Calibration: Key indicators such as laser energy output, water flow rate, circuit output, temperature control accuracy and mode switching are calibrated one by one. 5.Safety Testing: Multiple safety indicators, including circuit safety, insulation performance, heat dissipation effect, leakage and over-temperature protection mechanisms are rigorously tested. 6.Outgoing Quality Inspection: A four-level quality control system is established, encompassing incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, finished product inspection, and final outgoing inspection. After passing full-function re-inspection, the equipment is uniformly packaged and stored to ensure that it is a high-quality product upon leaving the factory.
